Actually they have a injection that is permanent and one that is not...I think it is worth it. Getting a nose job with surgery has risk of complications and its very expensive like 4,000-5,000 or more depending on the procedure plus it will look very noticeable that you got a nose job. If you want a more defined nose and a smaller one that is not so dramatically changed then non-surgical nose job is for you. @greenpalaka It cost me 400 bucks for 1 cylinder. I don't think it's worth it, I'd rather dish out some extra money and just get a nose job. This is temporary, and your body absorbs it as time goes by.. Plus unless you go to a really experienced doctor it'll look bumpy : / For the price, I don't think it's worth it.

@doctorsam90210 What would you consider the weight limit for this procedure. I have watched many videos on laser lipo and seen many different sized and shaped people getting this done. My body shape is quite odd actually. My legs fit into a size 4 pants but my waist fits into a size 14 pants. I wanted to get something like this done because dieting and exercise seem to keep my legs tone and my back and shoulders look smaller but it never seems to work on the stomach area.

Jevaderm or perlane has been used in non surgical nose job. In my experience they only last for a couple of months. The result also seems to be inferior to radiesse. That is why I do not use them.

You can feel them for the first couple weeks, but after that, the Gums start to grow around them and when they put the caps on, you cant tell the diffrence. there actually are in the better than your real teeth, so they feel solid, but you cant tell the diffrence, i can eat whatever i want

ya we don't always use suction to aspirate the blood especially with simple procedures , biting on a gauze will help ur blood to form what is called a blood clot faster and stop u bleeding :D

Wow, I looked up this stuff out of curiosity (I have a bump on my nose too) and this video alone made me not EVER want to consider any type of rhinoplasty (surgical or non). Notice how the guy's entire argument to convince her revolved around what society wanted and saw as "beautiful"--not her own opinion. I honestly hope all plastic surgeons don't talk like this, it's so messed up. She looked better before by the way, "imperfection" and all. >_>

I actually had this procedure done with Dr. Melnick last year. I paid $1200 then. Like he said, he's very conservative so I didn't notice a difference the first time. I haven't gone for refills because I got pregnant but plan to go soon since I'm almost done breastfeeding. I'm a little bit skeptical because I didn't see much difference but if I don't I'll be wasting my money. I will be posting back once I get the refills and I'll let you know if my nose really changed.

the injection gives the "illusion" of a straight bridge. The down side is that these injections don't last and you have to keep getting (and spending) to keep it this way. The only permanent fix is surgery

She was already damn cute. WFT was she so worried about a slight bump in the bridge of her nose? People who want to change their appearance surgically to satisfy personal vanity don't need a plastic surgeon. They need a psychologist or a talk with a doctor who performs surgery on victims of catastrophic facial injuries & those born with facial deformities. Maybe once they see a person without a nose they'll realise how fortunate they are to have one, regardless of perceived minuscule flaws.

It's always difficult to say how much a procedure like this is going to cost, b/c it varies so much on region of the country and the extent of treatment you'll need. If you're in the Bay Area I encourage you to contact Dr. Melnick at 877-289-1928. I know the concern of the patient in this video may seem minor, but I bet the way she saw her nose is a lot like the way you do now. Anyway, nonsurgical rhinoplasty is often great for subtle reshaping. Good luck!
