@boolun Since you are so young, I would recommend that you talk to a local pharmacist at a CVS, Rita Aid, or Walmart store. I have been taking vitamins since I was kid, but you want to make sure you are taking vitamins that are right for you.

I take 'slow release' vitamin C with a zinc tablet (which greatly aids the absorption of vitamin C), a high strength vit E, and a Cod Liver oil capsule (very good for skin and hair). I never take multivitamins though. A good nutritious diet will do much more than any so called 'miracle cream' that costs an extortionate amount will. My parents are very young looking because they have always practised good nutrition. Thanks for the video :)

I take a multi-vitamin ..Okmega 3 Fish pills that helps my skin young looking and good for my heart..and event hough the multi vitamin does have iron, I am very anemic and my doc suggested taking additional doses of it. But water is god for you. Good skin and health starts from the inside..half those skin creams don't do anything. Luv this channel and subbing!!!

if you're taking a multivitamin, there's no need to take another multivitamin like the prenatal vit. there's also a condition called hypervitaminosis. and in order not to spend another money for the vit E, better chose a multivitamin that includes Vit E. I think there are a few brands like that. Peace!

don't drink TOO much water at one time, like don't think, "oh no, didn't drink enough water today" and all of a sudden drink like 2 gallons or something, a woman died doing that. its really dangerous.

i learnt a cruel fact that some of these vitamins n meds have alot of unwanted stuffin them 1 doctor aka psychiatrist also told me that 90 % of meds are made not to make people better but to make them need more meds. it sounds scary but true. no wonder my uncle 4 yrs ago took 2 meds a day now he has 14 a day its a messed up world. they hv meds with side effects then meds to counter those side effects. just be care ful what meds ur buying.

Whenever you purchase Vitamin E pills, make sure it says 100% natural. If it does not say that, the pills are made with a vitamin E alternative, which is not the same. The 100% natural ones are found at Walgreens and alot of different brands offer both options because the alternative is cheaper. Therefore, whatever you do, read the bottle carefully and make sure it says d-Alpha Tocopherol and 100% natural.

EATING ALOT OF FISH oops sry for the caps or taking fish oil pills if you dont want fish and they are very healthy for your skin!!!!
