Great films flop at the box office all the time, because hollywood has proven that people generally will choose stupid shit like transformers or twilight over something intellectually stimulating. Not everyone would get the references and it didn't help that they gave a free prescreening at comic con where most likely most of there revenue was. Also they really did not market the film strongly. Typically whenever filmmakers are asked this question they usually don't really give much of an answer. Quentin essentially said to just make a good movie, but that wasn't very helpful. Guillermo just said to be protective of your work, again, not very helpful. Sam Raimi offered the best advice if you ask me, it genuinely might help someone, I'm surprised Robert kept quiet. He's usually the best person to ask about independent filmmaking.

Should people get paid for the services that they provide? Yes, however those paychecks should be coming from either a.) charging for subscriptions(i.e.; cable television) or b.) charging advertisers more money for ads. Me, I don't like the ads anymore than I like commercials, but they definitely don't put me into "revolutionary" mode. 30 seconds of advertising every now & then on a FREE media supermarket is not what I'd call a "big deal".

Why argue about adverts? They ain't gonna take them away. Just get Firefox and add the Adblock Plus plug-in, activate the Easylist filter and they are gone. You get a better browser than IE and no adverts (well, very few and certainly none of the youtube ones) on ANY website. I could not browse the web without adblock with all those aNiMaTeD adverts screaming "LOOK AT ME! NOW! LOOK AT ME! NO - DON'T READ THAT WEB PAGE! LOOK AT ME! LOOK AT ME! LOOK AT ME! LOOOK AAAAT MEEE!!!! Impossible.

I would constantly be trying to find this song but leave it on repeat on the demo cos i loved it so much. I've been lookin for this song for ages, but when i heard it today on the radio i was not goin to let it slip once again. So I took my phone that has a function to record few seconds of the song, and then gives you the band and song, didn't find it !!! So I hoped they would tell the band and title and the end of the song, they didn't !!! So google was my last hope... Thank you :D Unfortunately, life is hard, and I can't find decent time to write. I also hold doubts whether it will actually be worth reading once completed. I just thought that putting this story idea out of the way would be easier than getting to work on my main piece, "Flip." I have two videos currently up on that story.

I'm blueprinting out a story all about sadism. More specifically, there's sex and World War II involved, but not really directed connected. I just hope it doesn't clash with rule 1. It also goes in nicely with rule 4 and 8. Wish me luck guys! I feel as if it can really be something!
